Brand New Zildjian 16" K Custom Dark Crash Cymbal

Experience a modern classic with this brand-new Zildjian 16" K Custom Dark Crash. Hand-crafted from Zildjian's secret B20 cast bronze alloy, this cymbal is prized by drummers for its signature dark, complex, and trashy overtones. It delivers a fast, bright attack that is immediately followed by an extra-fast, musical decay.

Crafted for Character
Unlike many cymbals, this K Custom Dark Crash features a traditional finish and a special over-hammering technique. This process allows the thin-weight cymbal to open up with an explosive crash and full-bodied presence, yet retain the quick, responsive feel of a much lighter instrument. Its unique voice offers a rich sonic texture without overpowering your mix.

A Versatile Accent
The low-to-medium pitch of this crash makes it a versatile addition to any setup. It's an excellent choice for adding unique, dark accents in musical styles ranging from jazz and fusion to pop and country. Its quick, cutting character makes it perfect for adding a precise exclamation point to fills and musical phrases.
