This is a Garnet PA 90r amp head, labeled Lancer on the front. They called these stencil amps, Traynor did the same thing. 4 Inputs with their own volume controls, treble, bass and reverb controls. The reverb volume only affects the amount of reverb, it's not a master volume. I think this amp sounds great for guitar. One of my friends in Charlottesville recorded a record using it. It's got plenty of volume. I've never gigged it, but I got it from the guys in the band Illiterate Light, I believe they gigged it a lot. The reverb is not working. Already has a 3 prong cord.
