The Taylor 117e Studio Grand Pacific acoustic-electric guitar brings Taylor's acclaimed Grand Pacific body shape to an accessible price point. With the 117e, you get the warm, seasoned tone of the Grand Pacific design in an agile, stage- and studio-ready package. This guitar sports a solid Sitka spruce top and layered sapele back and sides for a dynamic range across the tonal spectrum. The Grand Pacific shape itself yields strong, balanced bass response without muddiness, giving you a robust, microphone-friendly acoustic guitar that suits all playing styles. Easy playability comes courtesy of Taylor's comfortable neck profile and fingerboard radius, which electric guitarists will appreciate. Plug in for amplified tones that faithfully capture the 117e's natural acoustic voice thanks to the ES2 pickup system.
