Handmade one-off Khadi wood Djembe, unknown maker. This was an impulse buy a few years ago at an auction. It is most definitely not a fucking Remo. Village/local goat skin (note the mottling - dead giveaway) It’s hand adzed from a single piece of wood in the Guinean style. It’s slap, and resonance are unique with good midrange, even though it isn’t Lenke wood. Can send pro recordings of it, if needed.
