I’m letting this go because I already own one, and for stereo work I find myself reaching for my Schoeps setup instead. This mic has seen very light use in a smoke-free home studio — only a few sessions recording acoustic guitar and drums. Never used for vocals.
If you’re looking at this, you probably already know: it’s a modern classic. I directly compared it to a U 87 Ai and was surprised by how close they were. Close enough that I returned the U 87. For most applications, especially in cardioid, the difference wasn’t worth the price jump.
Includes original case, shockmount not included (but listed separately).
Condition: Mint, barely used, never left the studio
