Meinl Sonic Energy Wooden Pala Seed Chimes

Meinl Sonic Energy’s Pala Chimes are a one-of-a-kind alternative to normal chimes. Featuring pala seed nutshells — a nut native to the Spice Islands of Indonesia — these chimes cast a soft, soothing tone that’s ideal for low-volume activities such as meditation or general relaxation. Sweetwater percussionists also find these chimes are exceptional at creating ambient music. Suspended from a solid mahogany bar, these chimes can be played like traditional chimes or hung for decoration when not in use.
