For sale is this very rare 2008 "Inspired by Slash" VOS 1987 Les Paul. This one in particular is from the Hollywood Guitar Center event where Slash was present for the release. Included is the brochure from that event. I was in line all morning in order to be able to get one of these. This one is #26.
included is everything you see in the pictures as well as the Slash leather jacket, size Large (L). The jacket was never worn and kept bagged in a closet. I've noticed in previous sales that the jacket is sometimes missing, since many people wore it and kept it.
The guitar is part of my collection so it has never been gigged with. Just put away safely, not even displayed.
I even have the original shipping box and will ship double boxed.
It is truly a rare collector's item that I have taken good care of all these years. Hoping it goes to another person's collection who can continue keeping it in excellent shape.
I will also provide a copy of the receipt from Guitar Center for provenance. Every detail counts in a highly collectible item like this one.
