Drawing from the iconic single-cutaway homage of ESP’s Eclipse design, the LTD EC-201 is a pared-down powerhouse of vintage style and modern tone-sculpting malice. Its single-cut mahogany body and set-neck construction deliver exceptional acoustic tone and sustain — a perfect match for this guitar’s high-octane bridge-position LH-150B humbucker. You’ll appreciate the lightning-fast action supplied by the axe’s Thin U-shaped neck and 13.77-inch-radius rosewood fingerboard, which is crowned with 24 extra-jumbo frets. This solidbody 6-string’s topflight hardware consists of rock-solid LTD tuners and a TOM-style bridge with a rock-solid tailpiece. This no-frills LTD EC-201 ditches the pickguard, opting for midnight hardware and subtle yet distinguished binding, making for a no-punches-pulled prize fighter that’s ready to steal the spotlight.
