Crafted to honour the legendary tone and touch of Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler, this 2004 Fender Artist Series Stratocaster captures the refined simplicity and unmistakable style of one of the most expressive players in modern guitar history.

Built in the USA to Knopfler’s exacting specs, this signature model features a lightweight ash body finished in a rich Hot Rod Red, paired with a C-shaped maple neck and rosewood fingerboard just like Knopfler’s favourite vintage Strats.

At the heart of the guitar are three Texas Special single-coil pickups, offering a hotter, more dynamic version of the classic Strat sound. From crystal-clear cleans to gritty blues and expressive leads, this Stratocaster handles it all with clarity and nuance, just like Knopfler’s playing.

Fair condition. No fret wear. Minimal tarnish to hardware. Split to the finish inside the upper cutaway. Chip in the front tip of the lower horn. Another chip in the back, upper side along the cutaway. One ding on the lower treble side along the back edge.
