Amplifier kept in excellent condition, used both in the studio and live. Aesthetically in great shape and fully functional. Serviced at the end of 2020, with both power and preamp tubes replaced. It now features beautiful TAD EL84 and TAD 12AX7 tubes. The tube swap gave it a much richer sound in the low and low-mid frequencies while maintaining crisp highs — a night-and-day difference compared to the stock tubes.

SPEAKER INPUT MOD:A modification was made by Effetti di Clara in Rome (the same shop that handled the service and retubing) to allow the use of attenuators. Originally, the amp had no SPEAKER INPUT, so it wasn’t possible to connect an attenuator unless its output was routed to an external cabinet. Thanks to the mod, you can now run the signal from the power amp through the EXTERNAL SPEAKER output, into an attenuator, and send the attenuated signal back into the amp through the newly added input (bottom right).

The original spring reverb is absolutely gorgeous, and the tremolo works perfectly. No unwanted noises or hums. Original speakers have never been removed.
