David Garibaldi's Tower of Power, 19" HHXtreme Crash Cymbal 1442g SIGNED!! (DG Set 2, #6)
David Garibaldi has retired from Tower of Power! David's innovative grooves propelled the band and helped define their unique funky sound. After an amazing 55 year run, he's putting away his Tower of Power sticks.
His ground breaking work with Tower of Power and his long list of instructional books and videos, have established him as one of the most influential drummers of our time. David has been a prominent artist and endorser for Sabian Cymbals since the mid 1990s.
From David Garibaldi’s personal cymbal collection at Donn Bennett’s Drum Vault in Seattle, WA.
This Sabian 19" HHXtreme crash was used by David Garibaldi extensively in performances with Tower of Power circa 2000 until he retired from the band in 2024. The HHX crashes were David's "go-to" crash cymbals during this era.
The Sabian's HHX cymbal line is what inspired him to become a Sabain cymbal endorser.
This cymbal got plenty of stage time with Tower of Power. There's some fingerprints and patina but remains in great condition. It's complex and dark with a bit of trashiness. No issues.
Acquired directly from David Garibaldi. Includes a COA signed by David Garibaldi.
Weight: 1442 Grams
