A Legend returns to the Gibson Custom Shop lineup. Based on thorough scans of the coveted original models, the 1964 Trini Lopez Standard Reissue gives you an authentic vintage ownership experience from the chunky '64 neck profile to the unique trapeze tailpiece. Distinct diamond-shaped f-holes adorn the guitar's semi-hollow body, and single-ply vintage Royalite binding decorates the edges of the top and back. Also familiar is the non-reverse Firebird headstock – a design that first appeared on the Trini Lopez Standard model one year before it became a staple motif of the Firebird line – and the figured split diamond inlays that adorn the guitar's 22-fret solid rosewood fingerboard. A pair of Gibson's Custombucker Alnico III (Unpotted) pickups gives the Trini Lopez Reissue all the vintage tone expected.
