*1975* McCurdy 8500 - 12 Channel Recording & Mixing Console
Letting go of this Beautiful 12 Channel- 1970's McCurdy Recording & Mixing Console. The console is currently located in Wisconsin and delivery can be discussed. If you’re not hip to McCurdy I'd suggest you take a minute to do some reading online and you will quickly see it is some of the finest quality recording equipment ever made! This desk was pulled from a working environment and some of the audio cables were cut from the patch bays. Someone will simply need to wire this console up to the Christmas tree pictured and your in a world of wonderful sound! It’s hard to beat the classic tone and mojo of vintage transformer balanced consoles from the 1970's. This board has the very desirable German made Beyer Dynamic 351 miniature input transformers as well as Hammond output transformers! This would be an excellent mixing desk for anyone looking to add some color and punch to their music. The quality and make of this console is every bit on the level of things from the same era like API, Neve, Quad Eight, Electrodyne, Calrec, & Langevin.
