This is an early 70s Iida Made in Japan 5 String Banjo. This one sounds awesome. I was surprised at the quality and sound. It comes with its original hardshell case. It weighs 10 lbs 5 oz. It has what appears to be maple inlays in the neck and it has a highly flamed resonator. It plays great with nice action. It has a strap installed which I will leave on and it also has added railroad spike capos on the 5th string. I have not cleaned it at all. These are great instruments and tons of bang for the bucks. Will shipped with new strings and ready to play.
