Slingerland Double Set-O-Matic Tom Mount from the 60's or possibly 70's. This one is in Excellent share with all original parts, including the memory lock.
The chrome is in great shape with some some very minor pitting which can be seen in the photos.
Note that this version has a completely round down tube without the indent that others have so make sure your mount will accept that before buying! The diwn tube is 12 1/2" long.
