This instrument has been modified to allow monitoring of the stereo mix through the headphones jack. This replaces cueing the top mount microphone jack. All other cues function as before.

Ben's Notes
The SSM-60 was probably aimed at the worship market and so is well built for adult use. Long faders feel reasonable, cross fader and knobs feel reasonably solid, and it has analog meters instead of LED's despite coming out in the 21st century.
Headphone socket is for monitoring a single source only. Does not monitor the mix. So I used it through my normal monitoring setup.
Plastic side bumbers can be removed with two screws each for smaller footprint.
18v AC power provides good headroom.
Overdrives well...to my ear. Your ear is your ear.
Mic inputs reasonably handle line level inputs and I could get three mono and two stereo lines mixed. Also got some interesting results using the phono jacks with line levels.
