I bought this t-shirt during their 2001 tour.. if I recall correctly.. it was at The Beacon Theatre.
It's pretty evident why this shirt is amazing.. mushrooms taking over pre-9/11 NYC!
It's in overall really good condition with some light crackling on the graphic. There is also a small tear where the tag used to be. That's an easy fix. The black is also a bit faded, with some slight stain on the pit area.
This is most likely a tagged Medium.

21 inches pit to pit
27 inches top to bottom.
