1952 Martin D 28 Dreadnought. We are pleased to offer for sale this fantastic early 50s Martin D28. Dreadnought size, Brazilian Rosewood back and sides bound body with a spruce top. Mahogany neck with an Ebony fingerboard and dot inlays.
The nut width is 43.6mm. This guitar weighs 2.175Kg or 4.79Lb.In overall excellent condition throughout, recently serviced with a full pro set up and fret dress. No breaks, just a little lacquer touch up on the binding on the bottom bout where around 1” of the binding had too be re-glued. There is a little wear on the fingerboard but nothing major. Incredible player and fantastic sounding D28. Comes with a newer black tolex hardshell case and Cites certificate.
