This listing is for a cool looking Vintage 1970's Elgava Unica-2 Electric Guitar. This guitar was made in the USSR-Ukraine in the 1970's and is typical of Soviet guitars from the 1970's. The guitar plays pretty well and the pickups and electronics are working fine. The guitar comes with a 5 pin to 1/4" inch instrument cable that will work with the guitar and surprisingly the pickups sound very good. The volume pot has been changed but the original pot is included with the guitar. The guitar has some interesting and unique features. The coolest by far is a adjustable nut that will raise and lower the string height so you  can play the guitar as a slide guitar or normal electric guitar and switch between the two rather quickly. The guitar could definitely use a better Set Up but these are somewhat limited in how great you can get them to play and you shouldn't expect it to play like a new Strat. As best I can tell the guitar has all it's original parts and has not been modified. The guitar does show a good amount of play wear including nicks, dings and scratches. The fret edges are sharp and some of the tuner shafts are slightly bent. Please look at the pictures and email with questions. The guitar comes as pictured with the case and cable. The case isn't original and is a little beat but up. The guitar will be expertly packed for safe shipping. Please look at the pictures and email with questions. I am happy to ship internationally but will not falsify customs documents. Please email for international shipping rates.
