Microphone splitter with sizeable high quality Sowter Transformer in mu-metal screening can. On one side is a Female XLR input & Male XLR direct / loop out which passes phantom power and provides a ground reference point etc (generally used to feed to the microphones original destination). On the other side is two isolated outputs which are separate windings on the transformer. The ground (pin 1) connection on the input / direct out XLR’s are tied together to the case (for screening) & to the can of the transformer. Pin 1 on each of the two isolated outputs is tied to the same point via a capacitor. If your situation requires no connection or direct connection I’m more than happy to remove the capacitors or add a links for direct connection - just ask.
As expected (due to the Sowter transformer) this is a very good sounding unit, offered at a very reasonable price. Its used & does have a few marks but generally in very good condition, tested & fully working. I have four of these for sale in separate listings. Any questions please ask.
