Graziano Koa Pineapple Tenor Ukulele - Exquisite Flamed Koa

This pineapple koa tenor ukulele by Tony Graziano displays the impeccable artistry that earned Tony his reputation in the ukulele community.
Built in 2002, This tenor uke features:

• Gorgeous flamed solid koa body
• 1-piece mahogany neck
• Multi-wood rope body binding, center back strip and end strip
• Wood purfling
• Maple bound rosewood fretboard
• Abalone position dots (with side dots at 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 & 14)
• Multi-layer heel cap
• Deluxe pineapple shaped headstock with multi-layer headstock overlay (maple/walnut?)
• Gloss finish
• Hand-turned custom maple bridge pins

This ukulele is 21 years old and has been played, but remains in remarkable condition, as you can see from the photos. The only flaws to speak of are a teeny-tiny pock mark at the top of the upper bout, nested against the fretboard (I never noticed this until I was inspecting it for sale) and a slight wave/separation where the book-matched top is joined below the bridge. This has been reinforced (despite remaining stable in all the years I've owned this ukulele) and presents no structural or tonal issue.
This uke sings, as you would expect, and has excellent tone, sustain and intonation all the way up the fretboard.

I spec'd out a new build on Tony's website with these appointments and it came to $2,525

Includes Protec tenor pineapple case (pictured), which shows wear in some areas, but fits this uke like it was made for it.
