Friedman Runt 20 20-watt 1x12 tube combo in excellent operating condition, including a dedicated Safe Cases 3/8" plywood road case with casters, footswitch and footswitch cable.

This is a killer little amp for rehearsal, recording or smaller gigs. I've always thought of the Runt 20 as combining Fender-like clean capability with different shades of Friedman growl on the overdrive side.

Don't let the 20-watt rating fool you—this amp is loud and punches well above its weight. The clean channel stays clear and articulate, while the overdrive channel covers everything from classic-rock crunch into the higher-gain Friedman territory.

One of the particularly useful features of the Runt 20 is the XLR cabinet-simulated direct output, which makes it very convenient for recording or running directly to a PA in a live setup. It also has a buffered effects loop for time-based effects and other pedals.

The amp has been used and does have a few small abrasions and scratches, but nothing that really stands out. I've tried to show the condition accurately in the photographs. It has been well cared for and functions exactly as it should.

I'm simply consolidating some of my amp collection and have other Friedman amps covering similar territory, so this one isn't getting enough use to justify keeping it.

Included with the sale:

• Friedman Runt 20 1x12 combo
• Dedicated Safe Cases 3/8" plywood road case with casters

The Safe Cases road case is a substantial professional flight case and provides considerably more protection than a standard padded cover.
