This is a made in Japan Fender Stratocaster XII (12 string). Alder body in sunburst finish with Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard. Guitar has some very minor surface scratches but overall this guitar is in excellent condition. The frets are in excellent shape and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with good action and no buzzes or issues. The weight on this one is 8.15 lbs. This is a "Crafted in Japan" Q serial number guitar made between 2002-2004. Guitar is completely stock and it comes in a nice Fender G&G hardshell case. Please let me know if you have any questions.
