This FX crash borrows hammering techniques from the HH and HHX cymbal series to unlock the full expression of Sabian's thin B20 bronze. Eight large perforations along the bow region of this crash help in delivering a fast, trashy bite when you dig in. It's the best of both worlds — with the HHX Complex O-Zone Crash, you've got symphonic darkness for rolls and ornamentation and deeper levels of fire and focus for punching downbeats and transitioning to breakdowns. The raw, random hammering on the bell enhances projection while adding another zone for sonic experimentation.
