The Suhr Modern 7 Quilt Roasted - Trans Purple is an absolute powerhouse—an instrument built for those who refuse to compromise on tone, playability, or sheer attitude. From its sleek, menacing aesthetic to its precision-engineered performance, this 7-string beast is designed to push boundaries and annihilate expectations. Suhr has long been at the forefront of high-performance guitars, and this Modern 7 is a perfect example of their relentless pursuit of perfection.

At its core, the mahogany body delivers a balanced tonal foundation—tight lows, punchy mids, and crisp highs—while the roasted flame maple neck provides insane stability and resonance. The satin neck finish ensures a buttery-smooth feel, allowing for effortless speed and control, while the ebony fingerboard adds a snappy attack and razor-sharp articulation. The Modern Elliptical 7 profile (.780 - .850”) with a 10” - 14” compound radius is built for both supreme comfort and technical prowess, making shred runs, chording, and bends equally fluid.

Equipped with stainless steel jumbo frets, this guitar offers durability and precision that can withstand years of aggressive playing. The Hipshot Hardtail 7 bridge provides rock-solid stability and sustain for days, while the Suhr Locking Tuners ensure tuning stays dialed in no matter how hard you push it. The 7 Vintage neck pickup delivers warm, articulate cleans with plenty of depth, while the 7 Hot bridge pickup is an absolute monster—tight, aggressive, and loaded with searing output that cuts through any mix like a scalpel. The 5-way blade switch and intuitive 1 Volume / 1 Tone setup give you the versatility to go from crystal-clear cleans to all-out sonic destruction in an instant.

Visually, this Modern 7 is a total knockout. The Indigo Metallic finish exudes an aura of raw power and elegance, perfectly complemented by black hardware for an ultra-sleek, stealthy vibe. The Laser Silver Logo and Mother of Pearl Ring Face Dots add a touch of refined detail, while the Green Luminlay Side Dots ensure you’re never lost, even in the darkest stage settings.

Weighing in at 7 lbs 11 oz, this guitar is the perfect balance of substance and agility, giving you all the tone without unnecessary weight. And when it’s time to hit the road, the included hard case ensures that this beast is always protected.

The Suhr Modern 7 Quilt Roasted - Trans Purple isn’t just a guitar—it’s a weapon. Whether you're chugging brutal low-end riffs, ripping through intricate solos, or dialing in lush clean textures, this axe is built to dominate. Pure precision. Pure aggression. Pure Suhr.
