Zildjian K Sweet Cluster Crash 18" — Dark, Trashy Cymbal with Modern Edge

The Zildjian K Sweet Cluster Crash 18" combines the legendary warmth and character of the original K cymbal line with contemporary cluster hammer techniques. Built from extra-thin bronze with an unlathed bell, this crash delivers a distinctly dark and dirty sound perfect for drummers seeking unconventional textures and special effects. The rapid attack and responsive decay make it ideal for rock, alternative, and experimental playing styles while maintaining the tonal sophistication K cymbals are known for.

Drawing inspiration from Zildjian's 19th-century Turkish heritage, the K Sweet Cluster features the brand's signature hammering method enhanced with additional cluster marks. These hammer impressions reduce sustain and increase perceived grit, creating articulate crashes that cut through without overwhelming your mix. Whether you're layering texture into aggressive sections or adding definition to dynamic fills, this cymbal responds with speed and character that traditional crashes cannot replicate.
