1963 Höfner 173 solidbody.

--> demo video as last picture

This had a vinyl cover once, that was ripped off long time ago. I personally love this look.

As ragged as it looks, it plays like new.

All pickups read about 5k ohm and the electronics work fine.

Pot codes date to 1963.

Frets are in good condition.

Action low.

The brigde is a new Schaller roller bridge.

It comes with older bigger flatwounds that porvide the special vintage sound. I can also string it with new 0.10 Daddario strings before shipping if you like.

Specs:

• Nut width: 43 mm
• Action low E at 12th fret: 1,8 mm
• Weight: 3,3 kg
• Scale 640 mm

Comes in the original case that is even more ragged than the guitar and that is missing the handle.

If you want more pictures or have a question, just send me a message.

The guitar is comletely checked, set up and ready to play.

Shipping details: The instrument will be shipped with DHL. If you want another currier, let me know. The guitar will be packed well in a sturdy box and with enough suitable packaging material like bubble foil. There is always a certain risk, especially when shipping oversea. But over the last years I shipped many instruments and had not a single damage.

My service for all guitars:
- the guitars/basses I sell play well and are restored, setup and working (frets, neck angle, tuners, electronics etc...)
- the insruments are worth their money and will in many cases increase in value with time
- if you decide the instrument is not the right one for you, I take everything back within two weeks (buyer pays for shipping)
- if you need more information or pictures let me know
