1994 Fender Custom Shop 40th Anniversary "Diamond Dealer" Stratocaster- New Never Played - In storage for 30 years

Celebrating four decades of the legendary Stratocaster, the 1994 Fender Custom Shop 40th Anniversary Stratocaster is a masterfully crafted tribute to one of the most iconic guitars in history. Built with top-tier materials and Custom Shop precision, this limited-edition model is a true collector’s piece.

In fact this is a super rare "Diamond Dealer" Strat with the Diamond Dealer ring and the DD motif with inlaid diamond on the neck. Only the top tier of Fender guitar retailers in the USA were even allowed to sell this guitar.

This particular guitar serial number 027 or 150 has all the case candy, including the purchase documents from the original owner in 1994 including even a copy of the cheque used to buy the instrument!  All brochures and case candy is there including the Fender custom shop Masters ring in a box, the rare Fender customer shops picks.  Serial number 027 of only 150 made on June 15 1994.

Truly an investment grade guitar. But hey if you have the money by all means play it! As it is it's never been played and the case only opened now in more than 20 years to take the photos.  It such a beautiful guitar it takes your breath away when you lay eyes on it.  The original gig bag and hard case is there. It's all there and more just look at all the photos the show all the documents and original certificates from the Fender Custom Shop.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Stratocaster, the Fender Custom Shop manufactured 150 40th Anniversary Stratocasters. With all gold hardware, a special anniversary inlay on the 12th fret, and a diamond inset Custom Shop V logo, this guitar goes the extra mile to celebrate this milestone. Featuring Abigail Ybarra hand wound Custom 50 pickups, this Strat is top of the line sound-wise as well. Its Birdseye maple neck is a really comfortable and rounded shape as well. Cosmetically, it's in pristine shape for being 30 years old.
