Promark Artist Series Shira Kashi Oak 2S - Tommy Aldridge Drum Sticks The 2S is designed for those that like a large diameter with extra length. Its small neck allows for a good balance despite the overall size of the stick. An oversized oval tip provides a large, dark sound. Shira Kashi Oak drumsticks offer an unmatched level of power, strength, and durability. Promark was the first company to introduce oak drumsticks in the US, and remains the only drumstick maker to offer Shira Kashi Oak sticks continuously since 1957. Oak is the densest and heaviest of our available wood.
