The Evans EMAD2 System pack supplies a matched 20-inch bass batter and resonant head for controlling attack, focus and sustain. The clear EMAD2 batter combines one 7mil ply with one 10mil ply for added attack and low-end weight. Two interchangeable damping rings allow sustain to be adjusted.

The resonant head uses a single 10mil ply and an offset 4-inch microphone port. A foam ring around the port helps control overtones. Both heads use Level 360 technology for even seating and easier tuning, and both are made in the USA.
