This is a brand-new replacement side panel / mic clip assembly for the TC Helicon Perform-V line (including the V, VE, VG, and of course the VK). Its official parts description is "Plastic Clamp/P0DEB/Rubber, TPE/Black/MT11010/Injection Molding/UL94 V-0". It is brand-new from the Music Tribe parts warehouse. It may be identified by several different numbers:

It makes a great gift for anyone whose Perform-V has a broken mic clip assembly, or that special someone who might wish to someday break their Perform-V mic clip assembly, but is worried about securing replacements when the time comes. Outside of those specific scenarios, it probably does not make a great gift, or even an okay one.
