The EVH Wolfgang WG Standard M delivers the style, feel and tone of Eddie's iconic design at a price that puts it within reach of everyday players. This Wine Red version features a basswood body with a special comfort cut forearm contour, making it exceptionally comfortable for long sessions while keeping the classic Wolfgang silhouette. Masked natural body binding adds a premium visual touch that stands out against the deep red finish.

The bolton baked maple neck is reinforced with graphite rods for rocksolid stability, resisting changes in temperature and humidity. Rolled fingerboard edges, a smooth oiled neck finish and a 1216 inch compound radius baked maple fingerboard create a fast, effortless playing experience. With 22 jumbo frets, black dot inlays and a heelmounted spoke wheel for quick truss rod adjustments, the WG Standard M is built for speed and practicality.

Dual EVH Wolfgang humbuckers are direct mounted to the body for maximum vibration transfer and increased sustain. They deliver the tight, aggressive and articulate voice associated with Eddie's signature sound. The volume and tone controls use EVHspec 500k pots for smooth response and crisp highend detail, while the threeway toggle provides quick access to a wide range of tones.

An EVHbranded Floyd Rose Special bridge and R2 locking nut keep the guitar perfectly in tune through deep divebombs, squeals and expressive vibrato work. Finished with a black headstock and black chrome hardware, the Wolfgang WG Standard M is built for performance, reliability and unmistakable EVH attitude.

Whilst some sites are mistakenly listing this guitar as having a quilted maple top, it clearly doesn't. Instead it provides a great option for someone who wants something less flashy, and the natural wood looks superb against the Wine Red finish.
