Pioneer SA-5500 II Integrated Amplifier | Serviced & Tested

For sale is a vintage silver-faced Pioneer SA-5500 II Integrated Amp for sale in very good condition. This unit has been fully inspected, tested, and serviced at our shop and is ready for listening! Manufactured in Japan in the late 70s, this unit has 15 watts per channel into 8 ohms and sounds great with efficient speakers. It has an excellent sounding Phono input stage and also offers tone control with 3 analog inputs and A/B speaker zones. Please review all images prior to purchase.

• Minor cosmetic defects, some scratching on right panel - review images

Service:

• Partial recap of main power board - replaced 2 problematic transistors
• Unit was tested in complete system for 3+ hours
• All controls and knobs cleaned with DeoxIT products
