Hofner 500/1 Violin Bass 1958-1959
Our users rate Reverb
Rare early Höfner Violin bass with cigar pickups. By some considerade the best sounding pickups on a violing bass. Original finish in back and sides, refin top. Has at some point had a bigger control plate, now restored. Touch up by the heal from a previous repair.
We believe we right now have the worlds biggest collection of vintage Höfner violin basses being offered for sale, with 12 bases in total.
There are no custom duties for buyers in EU and USA
