A Full-Bodied SJ-200 With Rich Walnut Tone

The Gibson SJ-200 Studio Walnut delivers the iconic look, feel, and powerful voice of the legendary SJ-200 in a refined Studio configuration. Hand-built with a solid Sitka spruce top and walnut back and sides, its full-depth Jumbo body produces a deep, resonant sound with excellent projection and clarity.

The utile neck features Gibson's comfortable Advanced Response profile, while the walnut fingerboard is decorated with classic mother-of-pearl Graduated Crown inlays. A satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives the guitar a smooth, played-in feel while allowing the natural character of the woods to stand out.

For amplified performance, the SJ-200 Studio Walnut is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Element Bronze active under-saddle pickup with a discreet soundhole-mounted volume control. A Gibson Modern Hardshell Case is included for protection at home, in the studio, or on the road.
