From ’80s thrash and melodic instrumentals to the sheer magnitude of modern metal, Jackson’s Pro Plus Soloist SL2 makes a huge impact with every note. Its lightweight, maneuverable, and deeply contoured okoume body is a dream to hang over the shoulder, while a Jackson Speed-profiled and oiled 3-piece maple/walnut/maple through-neck with a 24-fret compound radius ebony fingerboard works to match comforts perfectly. Delivering its devilishly divine heavy tones are a pair of Seymour Duncan Distortion humbuckers, unleashing a duet of aggressive sonic appeal just aching to craft the hard-hitting tones of your dreams. Plus, you can count on rock-steady intonation for unlimited expressive playability courtesy of sealed die-cast tuners and a Floyd Rose 1000 series locking nut with an accompanying double-locking tremolo. Treated with a gorgeous gloss finish and lined with subtly sharp pearloid Sharkfin fingerboard inlays, the striking appearance of the Pro Plus Soloist SL2 is just as commendable as its sound and feel.
