This Taylor Dreadnought has a solid spruce top, pumping out full-voiced tone that responds to strummers and flatpickers with deep lows, punchy mids, and clear treble notes. The slightly narrower 1-11/16-inch nut width makes barre chords easier on the hands, and with Taylor's Expression System 2 onboard pickup, you can count on a reliable performance partner that produces natural amplified acoustic tone. The guitar includes a lightweight yet durable Taylor gig bag to accommodate life on the go.

Dreadnought
Taylor's refined take on the classic Dreadnought shape produces a robust voice with low-end power, a snappy midrange, and strong, clear treble notes, retaining the essence of the balanced Taylor sound. The guitar will appeal to flatpickers and lovers of traditional guitar shapes and tones.

Non-cutaway
There's a lot to be said for the clean, traditional look of a non-cutaway acoustic guitar, which is why Taylor offers a line of non-cutaway models. If you don't plan to play in the upper register, or simply prefer the symmetrical hourglass contours of a guitar, a non-cutaway model is a great option.

Expression System 2
The Taylor Expression System 2 (ES2) is a revolutionary pickup design that delivers the latest in Taylor's ongoing innovation in acoustic guitar amplification. Together with Taylor's custom-designed "professional audio"-grade preamp, this system produces exceptional amplified tone and responsiveness. On stage through a PA, plugged into your favorite acoustic amplifier, or direct into recording software, the Expression System 2 faithfully conveys the voice of your Taylor guitar.
