To my knowledge, this is original - with the acceptation of the refinish and the neck was reset. This was the most popular small guitar in the 30's. It has a spruce top, black finish and a V-shaped mahogany neck. Fret board is rosewood. Has some surface cracks. It sounds great with hints of the deep sound from 80+year old guitars!

Weight: right around 3½ lb (give or take a few ounces).
Body depth: a shade over 4 inches, with an even taper from heel to tail.
