Behold! The mighty Bukovac! From the vault and in mint condition. Incredible axe. 2022 build and the best Duesenberg I’ve played. Part 335, part Gretsch - it really is a lovely instrument. Versatile, resonant and supremely playable. There is a small indentation in the finish near the bridge but nothing major or noticeable (I think it’s from previous owner adjusting bridge height).
Huge Buk fan here and this guitar was placed in my permanent collection but I’m having another kid so letting a few things out into the wild. All specs available on the Duesenberg website but here are my thoughts:
- the sustain and resonance is unreal
- I have always struggled to find a GREAT 335 and Gretsch but this solved all that
- has played a couple of light gigs but mainly studio work and just slays
- REALLY playable with that Gibson-y radius and comfy D neck carve- the piezo blend offers a huge range of tones and brings clarity to any tone
- looks cool for instant street cred look
Straight-up sale preferred but I will entertain trades on cool Ibanez stuff.
