This is one of David Garibaldi's Yamaha hi hat stands, used on stage with Tower of Power. It comes in a Yamaha nylon bag. It has a DW/Yamaha hi hat clutch, plus Dave's height settings marked in green tape.
Japanese construction, it's hard to see this one go!
