CRATE GX-80 80 Watt guitar amplifier MADE IN USA in 1995 with 12” Speaker, 2 Channels, Spring Reverb, Foot Switch and User Manual. The foot switch controls channel A or B select and reverb on/off. The cleans are bright and shimmery while the distortion is thick and crunchy. The overdrive channel has the mid range Shape control to dial in the exact tone you’ll like. The reverb is very nice, full and wet. Inputs are 0 or -6dB for passive or active instruments. Has a Line Out and Line In jacks for Effects Loop (Insert). All controls function correctly. No noisy pots, jacks or switches. The work I did inside included re-flowing lots of solder joints, confirming correct fuse, cleaning pots/switches with DeOxit and tightening a lot of hardware that worked loose since its born on date 30 years ago. Excellent condition amp save for some minor cosmetic issues. The front panel has some rust on the bottom that I treated with Rustoleum so it should be stable. You can zoom in the photo of the front panel and see that. The knobs show a little wear too. But it functions perfectly. Did I say it is LOUD? The foot switch is from Randall and was labeled MUTE and OVERDRIVE which I changed with a Ptouch to REVERB and CHANNEL and covered up Randall on the back. It functions correctly including the LEDs. Nice addition to the amp.

Any issues this may have had have been completely resolved as part of my full refurbishment and service process. You will not be disappointed. Crate amps are such a killer deal for the money.
