The EKX-15SP powered 15" subwoofer from Electro-Voice delivers high-quality, high-volume bass. Intelligent thermal management ensures consistent performance in any environmental conditions by automatically controlling the variable-speed fan and onboard sensors.

EV's exclusive Cardioid Control Technology uses multiple woofers to focus the sound towards the audience, reducing sound behind the sub by up to 35dB. This allows the EKX-15SP to provide clear, powerful bass to the listeners without interfering with the sound on stage.

A Lightweight Enclosure Built to Last

The EKX-15SP's 15mm wood enclosure was designed to be both durable and portable. Internal bracing provides reinforced stability for the high-excursion woofers, while the EVCoat finish protects from scratches and scuffs. The EKX-15SP can be easily transported using the recessed handles or aluminum pole mounts and set up where deep bass is needed.

Three onboard presets for music, live sound and club environments allow for a fast setup, while the five user-programmable presets provide custom tailored options. Balanced XLR loop-thru outputs allow for easy connection to additional powered subs or speakers. Speakon speaker outputs can connect passive tops, providing a powerful and versatile subwoofer system.
