Hi folks ! for sale an amazing 1968 Fender Jazz Bass, completely original and with an incredible huge and punchy sound, painted Olympic White over the factory original sunburst right after import to Europe end 60s, this means isnt a refinish but painted over, the original factory sunburst is still under and can eventually be restored to it's original colour. Was imported end 60s by Casale Bauer (BO) this paint over happened very often at the time. Bass is complete with its own covers and an original Polverini hardcase, it was refretted a couple of years ago by the luthier Mario Pistella of Rome - who also remade the nut, therefore set upped and ready to play. Truss rod works flawlessly though I doubt you'll ever need to touch it, ridiculous low action, very straight and slightly flamed neck, weighs 4350gr both covers on. There's a crack on the hard case but doesn't affect the inside of the case it's just outside, its vintage and wears out with the years with the continuous carrying it to the gigs. I don't think there is anything else to add. It's a beauty to let it go but needs to......very few like this one online for such an attractive price, grab it before it's gone !
