The Suhr Modern T - Roasted Swamp Ash & Black Limba is a full-throttle, tone-dripping, no-nonsense machine built for the modern shredder who still loves a touch of vintage soul. This beast starts with a 2-piece Black Limba body, a tonewood revered for its rich midrange growl and harmonic complexity, topped with a roasted swamp ash cap that not only adds snap and clarity but also flaunts some serious natural beauty. With arm, hand, and tummy contours, this guitar feels like an extension of your body—whether you're ripping up the neck or laying down swampy blues licks.

The roasted flame maple neck, with its Macassar ebony fretboard, is where speed meets finesse. The modern elliptical profile (.800"-.850") and 11”-16” compound radius make for a playing experience that's as slick as a backroad burnout, while 24 jumbo stainless steel frets ensure effortless bends and precise intonation. Suhr’s 2-post bridge with solid saddles and a steel block delivers rock-solid tuning stability with sustain for days, and locking tuners keep everything dialed in no matter how wild you get.

Under the hood, this Modern T packs serious heat with a Thornbucker in the neck for warm, vocal-like cleans and soulful overdrive, and a Thornbucker Plus in the bridge for extra horsepower when you need to cut through the mix. The 5-way blade switch, push-pull split bridge pickup, and simple volume/tone setup let you wrangle everything from vintage PAF sweetness to snarling, modern aggression.

Decked out with scraped binding, an abalone logo inlay, clay face dots, and brass side dots, this axe is equal parts class and attitude. At 9 lbs 1 oz, it’s got the weight to resonate but won’t break your back during marathon sessions. Housed in a premium hard case, the Suhr Modern T - Roasted Swamp Ash & Black Limba isn’t just a guitar—it’s a statement, a workhorse, and a weapon for those who demand the best. Whether you’re throwing down arena-sized riffs or smooth Nashville twang, this thing will take you there in style.
