A real beauty with an amazing tone! All original and in clean overall condition with only light cosmetic wear. All of the flaws are minor.

There are multiple fine finish cracks that add to the patina. There are some minor dings on the back of the neck and a few along the sides. There is an area on the sides where the finish is slightly discolored. It is shown in the pictures and is pretty minor. There are some chips in the finish along the side of the headstock as shown in the pictures. Overall, the guitar practically glows and is a great looking piece.

The chrome hardware is clean and shiny

The guitar has recently been set up, the frets are clean with no divots, the neck is straight and the guitar plays great with low action. You should expect a great playing guitar with no issues out of the box.

Serial # 891008 This guitar is from 1967, but the specs are from 1966 including the neck joint at the 16th fret instead of the 19th, and the nice amber knobs instead of the hideous black knobs that came later. My best guess is this guitar is from early 1967.

This guitar sports a highly unusual black back while the rest of the guitar is a traditional sunburst. A minor variation, but definitely a cool curiosity. The tuning machines are double line Kluson Deluxe with two rings on the Green keystones. They appear to be original and are a nice upgrade as most ES 330s had the white buttons.

We put the guitar under the black light and are happy to report that the finish is all original, having glowed a very satisfying greenish color. The knobs are also original, as shown under the black light.

This guitar is a fabulous player with a comfortable ’60s medium profile neck that has excellent playability up the entire fretboard. The stock P-90 pickups have an incredibly warm sound and deliver a growling overdrive with a thick and cutting midrange. A fantastic vintage hollowbody! Includes original hardshell
