Pasiphae from IO Instruments is a balanced ring modulator. It features an X and Y channel. Both the X and Y channels feature two inputs, one DC coupled and one AC coupled, each with level attenuator. The DC coupled inputs feature a DC offset control. Channels can be muted by button or with a gate input. The outputs feature both positive and negative outputs for two different flavors of ring mod.
Pasiphae is low distortion and low noise with high headroom. It allows for flexible routing and can result in a wide range of sounds, everything from slight tremolo to intense metallic results are within reach.
