Untested. Seems complete, with WEIRD custom RCA cord, new-looking huge "cassette," and no cracks in plastic. Both original tubes (also untested) are RCA from 1963.
Two speeds, but 3-3/4 ips is the FAST one! The level indicator is just a neon bulb. Retracting handle works well. Knobs turn as they should and capstan roller and heads move up appropriately in play mode.
