Rickenbacker 450s have a special place in my heart.
This one is a 1961 with perfectly balanced pickups and a beautiful flame-maple body. Weighing just about 5.9 pounds, its got a 24.75 inch scale (like a Gibson) but feels smaller. What makes these things special is the neck-through construction. From headstock to tailpiece, there's one piece of wood for the neck, bringing crazy sustain and resonance only a Gibson Firebird can compete with.
This guitar's got all original hardware and electronics. The only thing that was replaced was the original white pick guard, swapped for a Pick Guardians gold guard. However it does retain the original gold plexi truss cover. Comes with the original silver hard shell case.
