This listing is for a Pair (2) of metal vacuum tube shields.
We have dozens of different vintage designs in stock. We sort them by their style or method of attaching to the tube or tube socket, declared here as 4-pinch, J-Slot, Snap-on, Tapered, and Wrap. An image of each type is included in this listing, and each listing of any given style has an image of all the tube shields of that type so you can determine exactly what you need.
This tube shield, given the Sound by Doc code, J50-ELCO, uses the J-Slot (with a spring at the top to hold the tube in its socket) style. They have no notches at the top of the shield, and are designed to hold any tube the size of a medium 9-pin tube like 12AX7 or 6U8A. These shields were original to vintage equipment from various brands, including Heathkit Silvertone Voice of Music.
If you need shiny or dull finish shields of this type, simply message when ordering.
If you need a different number of shields of this type, just make us an offer with the same per-unit cost, subject to a minimum purchase of $16 plus shipping. The shipping charge will remain the same. Thanks!
