This is The Dragonwing, one of William Jeffrey Jones’ most recognizable sculptural concepts.
Jones built his reputation blending decades of sculpting experience with boutique guitar building, creating highly artistic instruments in extremely limited numbers. Publications covering his work highlighted his carved walnut construction, hand-built approach, and emphasis on functional artwork.

Neck: Indian rosewood, angled 3x3 headstock, ebony faceplate, dual-action trussrod
Fretboard: Madagascar ebony, 24 frets, 12" radius
Nut: graphite, 1.70" width
Pickup: custom-made Searcy String Works humbucking P90, walnut cover
Switching: volume control only
Bridge: sculpted ebony floating bridge
